Nothing I can do gets my industry up to a productive level. In all these games there's a common factor. And now have a game as Austria, holding into Great Power by dint only of Prestige and Military. Had Japan on the cusp of Great Power, had Persia doing damned well and holding on as a Secondary power by the skin of its teeth. OK, so I've had a few games played in their entirety now.
